TurfBoss stores the information a lawn-care Business keeps about its Customers — name, phone, email, service address, and service history — solely to operate scheduling, invoicing, and messaging for that Business. We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS Consent records are shared only with our SMS delivery provider to send the Customer Texts described below, and are never used for third-party marketing.

SMS messaging disclosure
Lawn-care Businesses using TurfBoss may send you Customer Texts about scheduled service at your property — a Reminder the day before a Job and a Delay Notice when a Rain Delay moves a Job to a new day. Customer Texts are sent only after you have given that Business your SMS Consent.
- Customer Text frequency varies with your service schedule (typically 1–3 Customer Texts per Job).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
- SMS Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered Customer Texts.
