turfboss stores the information a lawn-care business keeps about its customers — name, phone, email, service address, and service history — solely to operate scheduling, invoicing, and messaging for that business. We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are shared only with our SMS delivery provider to send the messages described below, and are never used for third-party marketing.

Lawn-care businesses using turfboss may send you text messages about scheduled service at your property — appointment reminders and weather-related rescheduling notices. Messages are sent only after you have given that business your consent to receive them.
