turfboss provides scheduling, customer-management, and messaging software to independent lawn-care and landscaping businesses. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. turfboss is not a party to the service relationship between a business and its customers and is not responsible for the performance of lawn-care services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
